Marcus Invest statements up until June 2024 will be available on marcus.com using your existing credentials. Once the transition is complete on or after 7/1/24, you’ll be able to access new account information and future statements through Betterment.

Assets will be moved to Betterment in-kind. Once your assets are with Betterment, you will be able to adjust your asset allocation based on your investment objectives. Betterment may migrate your assets to a similar asset allocation. Any adjustments to your portfolio made by Betterment after the transfer may result in tax consequences, including the realization of taxable gains and losses.

There will not be tax implications solely resulting from the transfer of your Marcus Invest IRA to Betterment. However, if you decide to withdraw from your IRA after the transfer to Betterment, please be aware you may be taxed on any realized investment gains.
