Why was my GM credit card account transferred?

Goldman Sachs Bank USA will cease the servicing of GM credit cards toward the end of 2025. Your GM credit card account was transferred on June 16, 2025 to Resurgent Acquisitions LLC (“Resurgent”) as part of this change.

Any questions concerning your account, including requests for documents and/or statements, should be directed to Resurgent at:

Will this impact any other Marcus products?

The transfer of your GM credit card account does not impact any other products you may have with Marcus.

If your account has an outstanding balance owed:

How does the transfer of my account affect payments I had scheduled?

Any future payments scheduled to post to your account on or after June 16, 2025 have been cancelled.

Who should I be making my payments to?

All ownership rights to your account, including the right to collect payment, now belong to Resurgent. You will receive communications from Resurgent regarding your account.

Will this change affect my credit score in any way?

Your GM credit card account will be removed from your credit report by Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Resurgent may begin new reporting on your account. Please contact Resurgent with any questions.
