How Do Robo Advisors Work?

A robo advisor is essentially a digital platform that uses algorithms to help you invest.  Robo advisors can be a convenient, cost effective way to build and manage a portfolio.

Robo advisors tend to focus on passive investing through ETFs and Mutual Funds, and typically recommend investments based on your financial goals and timeline. Then the digital platform automatically manages your portfolio to help keep it aligned with your preferences and on track towards your goal.
