Marcus App Updates

We're asking everyone with the Marcus app to upgrade because we're no longer supporting the previous version. This update is an experience refresh and won't affect your accounts.

The Marcus app requires iOS 13.0 or later for Apple devices, and 8.0 or later for Android devices. (Please make sure your region is set to the United States).

You can still manage your account online at marcus.com if your device isn't compatible.

iOS

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap "App Store"
3. Slide the "App Updates" toggle to "On"

Android

1. Go to the Google Play Store
2. Search and then tap "Marcus by Goldman Sachs"
3. Tap the three dots in the top right corner
4. Tap "Enable auto-update"

There could be a few reasons you're having trouble.

See if:

1. You're connected to the internet and have a good connection strength.
2. You have the minimum operating requirements: iOS 13.0 or later for Apple devices, and 8.0 or later for Android devices.

If you're still having issues updating the app, try deleting and re-installing it.
