Goldman Sachs Chief Economist Jan Hatzius on an Economic Restart

When is the economy ever going to restart again?

Fortunately, Jan Hatzius, Goldman Sachs’ chief economist, has a take. "There is research suggesting that doing the right thing from a public health perspective, while very painful for the economy in the short term, is ultimately also the right thing for the economy."
