Marcus Insights: Your Accounts at a Glance

See your checking, savings, loan, retirement, and investment accounts alongside your Marcus accounts, all in one place. From the home screen, tap on the $ icon to view your accounts. Tap in to any of your linked accounts to view details such as current balance, recent transactions, interest payments and more. You can view both your Marcus accounts and any linked external accounts under ‘All’ from the top of the screen.

Linking an external account

Don’t have accounts linked yet? It’s simple to link your external accounts from thousands of institutions. Here’s how:

Tap on the profile icon from the home screen

  • Tap ‘Linked external accounts’
  • Tap on ‘+ link institution
  • Search for your financial institution
  • Enter your credentials for that institution
  • If prompted, enter your multi-factor authentication
  • Select which accounts you’d like to show in Insights
  • It can take up to a few minutes for us to fetch your account and transaction activity

Can’t find your financial institution? Let us know, and we’ll do our best to work with the appropriate parties to request that your financial institution be supported.

Good to know: We partner with Plaid, a third party, to link your accounts and institutions to Marcus Insights. We may also connect directly with your institution.

The Marcus app is available in both the App Store and Google Play. Available in the US only. Marcus Insights is available on iOS, Android and web. User experience and user interface may differ slightly based on mobile device and platform.
