GM Cardmembers, we can’t wait to meet you!

Learn about the card transition and what it means for you.

Hi GM Rewards Cardmembers!

Marcus by Goldman Sachs will begin servicing your account on February 22 and we could not be more excited.

What does this mean? It means you’ll go to Marcus by Goldman Sachs to manage your account and make payments once the changeover happens.

There’s no need to apply for a new card. We’ll take care of transitioning your account. This includes carrying over information about any additional account users you may have.

Here’s what else you can expect.

  • You can use your old card until your new one arrives. Cards will begin arriving beginning February 22 and card deliveries will be happening through the first week of April.
  • You’ll keep the value of your unused Earnings even after the transition.
  • You'll manage your account at after the transition.

Important: There’s no need to apply for a new card, even when applications open at! It may take several weeks for new cards to arrive but that’s OK — you can still use your old card until you activate the new Marcus card.

In the future,  the GM Rewards Cards will be issued by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Salt Lake City Branch. GM is solely responsible for the operation and administration of the Earnings and points program.
