GM Cardmembers, we can’t wait to meet you!

Learn about the card transition and what it means for you.

Hi GM Rewards Cardmembers!

Marcus by Goldman Sachs will begin servicing your account on February 22 and we could not be more excited.

What does this mean? It means you’ll go to Marcus by Goldman Sachs to manage your card account and make payments. You can set up your new Marcus account in a few simple steps.

Here’s what else you can expect.

  • You can use your old card until your new one arrives. Cards will begin arriving beginning February 22 and card deliveries will be happening through the middle of May.
  • You’ll keep the value of your unused Earnings even after the transition.
  • You'll manage your account at marcus.com after the transition.

Important: There’s no need to apply for a new card, even when applications open at marcus.com! It may take several weeks for new cards to arrive but that’s OK — you can still use your old card until you activate the new Marcus card.
